Commitments
Sealixa signs through pyHanko — the open-source PAdES-certified engine behind trusted PDF validation tooling. Signatures are structured per the PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures standard and checked intact and cryptographically valid after signing.
The signing machine never needs the internet. No account, no cloud, no telemetry, no upload. Confidential board documents and pre-IPO filings stay on your desk — exactly what SEBI-listed compliance insists on.
Designed for the statutory digital-signature regime — IT Act and Evidence Act provisions, MCA-21 acceptance — with the boundary kept honest: Sealixa places and verifies signatures; it does not assert the legal validity of any filing.
The token PIN is passed to the token, used, and never stored, logged, or written to any audit file. The audit trail proves the signature, never the secret. Private keys never leave the token.
The proof is the product
Sealixa re-opens the output and re-verifies each signature before reporting success. "Signed" is only printed when the signature is intact and cryptographically valid.
CSV and JSON exports record page, signature, timestamp, duration, UDIN, and verification outcome for every signature. Yours to keep, offline, forever.
A per-signatory report shows each person exactly where their certificate was used, bundled with the signed PDFs — proof a director can take to regulators, because it comes from the audit trail, not a screenshot.

Sealixa does not and cannot tell you whether a filing is legally valid. That judgement belongs to you and your counsel.
Sealixa places and verifies digital signatures. The professional signoff, the review, and the responsibility remain yours.
You will never see Sealixa claim a made-up hours-saved figure. You will always be able to measure the real number yourself, in seconds.
On scanned pages, Sealixa OCRs the text layer to find blocks — but OCR reads what the scan shows. Blur, low resolution, or ink covering the signatory name can defeat it, and such pages are flagged for your visual review before anything is signed.
