Try before you pay

Every build includes a 14-day free trial of the full product, so fees are not refundable once an activation code has been issued, except as below.

When we refund or replace

• If your activation code cannot be activated on the machine you registered because of a fault on our side, we reissue it free of charge, or refund the fee if we cannot fix it within 7 days.
• If you were charged twice, we refund the duplicate.

Moving to a new computer

We reissue your code for the new machine at no charge, with the remaining validity kept.
