Terms of use

1. The licence

On payment, Sealixa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on up to two machines for one year from activation, as named in your activation code. You may not copy, resell, decompile or share activation codes.

2. Signature allowance and top-ups

Each licence year includes 1,000 signatures in total, split equally between the machines on the licence. Further signatures are available as top-up codes at ₹15 per signature, sold in packs of 100. Unused signatures do not carry over to a renewed licence.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Digital Signature Certificate and PIN, for using them lawfully, and for checking each document before it is signed. Sealixa places and verifies signatures; it does not give legal advice and does not assert that any filing is valid.

4. Fees and taxes

Fees are annual, payable upfront, and exclude GST, which is added where applicable. See the refund policy.

5. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current licence year.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
